Before you book.

Is my computer worth repairing?

We tell you after the diagnostic, not before. As a rough rule, if the repair costs more than half of a replacement and the machine is over five years old, we will say so rather than take the work.

Will I lose my files?

Your files come with you either way. We copy data off before any repair that touches the drive, and recovery from a failed drive is its own service.

Do you work on Macs?

Yes, alongside Windows. Hardware repairs on newer Apple machines sometimes go to an authorised centre, and we will tell you when that is the cheaper route.
