Managed IT support for offices of three to fifty.
One predictable invoice covers monitoring, patching, security tooling, and helpdesk hours for every seat. Your staff calls a 661 number and reaches a tech who works in Bakersfield.
What it costs
$45 per seat, per month
Servers, firewalls, and switches are quoted per device after a walkthrough.

- Same business day
What is included
Everything this covers.
-
Monitoring that reaches us first
Agents on every workstation and server report failing drives, full disks, and failed backups to us before your staff notices a problem.
-
Patching on a schedule you approve
Windows, macOS, and third-party applications get patched outside business hours. We hold back updates that break line-of-business software.
-
A helpdesk line without a ticket portal
Your staff calls or emails and gets a person. No portal login, no auto-reply asking them to describe the issue in a form.
-
Vendor calls we make instead of you
We sit on hold with your ISP, your point-of-sale vendor, and your practice software support so your office manager does not have to.
-
Onboarding and offboarding
New hires get a configured machine and accounts on day one. Departures get access revoked the same day, which is the part most offices forget.

Common questions
Before you book.
How small is too small for a managed IT plan?
Around three seats is where monthly coverage starts costing less than paying hourly for the same work. Below that, call us per incident and we will tell you honestly when a plan makes sense.
Do you replace our current IT person?
Often we work alongside one. Plenty of Bakersfield offices have someone internal who handles day-to-day questions and needs backup for servers, networks, and after-hours failures.
What happens when something breaks after hours?
Business plans include after-hours coverage. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, plus Saturday 9am to 2pm, and outages outside that do not generate a surprise invoice.
