Workstations and peripherals, mounted and tested.

Workstations, monitor arms, label and receipt printers, scanners, and register gear. We mount it, cable it, and test everything against your software before the first employee sits down.

What it costs

Quoted after a walkthrough

Priced per device or per workstation. Office moves and rollouts are quoted as one job.

Coverage
Kern County
Response
Same business day

What is included

Everything this covers.

  • New office and workstation rollouts

Machines imaged the same way, named consistently, joined to the network, and sitting on desks that are already cabled.

  • Monitors and mounting

Arms and wall mounts anchored properly, cables routed rather than draped, and heights set so nobody is looking down all day.

  • Specialised printers

Label, receipt, and shipping printers, including the ones that only work with one specific driver version on one specific port.

  • Scanners and point-of-sale gear

Registers, card readers, and barcode scanners tested against your actual software, not just powered on.

  • The cabling behind it

Runs terminated and labelled. Unlabelled cable is why the next problem takes three hours instead of twenty minutes.

How it works

What happens after you call.

  1. 01

    Site visit

We measure, check power and network drops, and note what is missing.

  2. 02

    Quote

Hardware and labour, with anything we would recommend against called out.

  3. 03

    Install

Scheduled around your hours. Office moves usually run a weekend.

  4. 04

    Test and hand over

Everything checked against your software before we leave.

Common questions

Before you book.

Can you install hardware we already bought?

Yes. We install customer-supplied equipment and will tell you before we start if something is not going to work with what you have.

Do you handle office moves?

Yes, usually over a weekend so Monday morning works. That covers the network, the workstations, the printers, and the cabling in the new suite.

How long does a workstation rollout take?

Roughly a day for a small office once the hardware is on site, longer if the cabling has to go in first. The walkthrough gives you a real number.
