What this page covers

This policy explains what Central Valley Tech Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers the website only. Information you give a technician during a service call is handled under the same principles but is not governed by this page.

What we collect

The contact form on this site asks for four things: your name, email address, phone number, and a description of the problem. You choose whether to fill it in. Nothing on this site collects information from you passively beyond what is listed below.

The form also contains a hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated spam submissions, and anything that fills it is discarded.

Why we collect it

To call or email you back about the request you sent. That is the only reason. We do not sell contact details, rent them, trade them, or add them to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who else touches your information

EmailJS delivers the contact form to our inbox. Your submission passes through their servers on the way to us and is subject to their privacy terms.

Google Fonts serves the typeface this site uses. Loading it means your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address as part of any normal web request.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses and request times.

We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Nothing here tracks you between visits or across other websites.

How long we keep it

Contact requests stay in our email and, for customers, in our service records so we have a history of work performed. Ask us to delete a request and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of work we actually did.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend the same handling to everyone who contacts us regardless of where they live.

We have never sold or shared personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging technology services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
